Shipping
Orders within Canada are shipped by UPS or the Canada (Priority Mail) which takes 3-5 business days depending on your location; this can take up to 14 days. Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation by Hardcore Fighter Inc. of your order. Hardcore Fighter Inc. does not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call your credit card company and have them add an alternate address to your card. We will make all efforts to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Hardcore Fighter Inc. charges sales tax for orders shipped to Alberta. Recipients of orders shipped to other provinces are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. For orders shipped outside of the Canada, your order will be shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All purchases made in the United States are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-Canadian taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions only: Merchandise cannot and should not be returned back to Hardcore Fighter Inc. without a [RGA] Returned Goods Authorization number and must include a photocopy of the original invoice clearly stating the invoice number and total amount paid. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items if Hardcore Fighter Inc. is not at fault. All returned merchandise must be in like-new, resalable and as received condition. All freight charges must be prepaid and insured by you, the buyer on all returned merchandise. All authorized merchandise must be returned back to Hardcore Fighter Inc. within 10 calendar days after being delivered. Any items shipped back to Hardcore Fighter Inc. after 10 calendar days will be refused and returned back to the purchaser at their own expense. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to Hardcore Fighter Inc. The buyer must insure the returned shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, Hardcore Fighter Inc. will file a claim with the shipping carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. All returns should be sent to the following address below.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item to be exchanged using our return system and then purchase the replacement item in our store. No more waiting for the exchange to be processed, we cross ship the exchanged items and credit your card for the returned merchandise when we receive it.
Simple Rules For Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. Please include the original invoice with the returned merchandise.
Return authorizations must be requested within 3 weeks of the original ship date for all domestic orders, and within 1 month of the original ship date for United States orders.
Packing Your Items for Return or Exchange
Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible. Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Please clearly print your RA number on the label and send it to:
